Established in April 2026, the IRO at Mansoura National University serves as the gateway to
global academic partnerships, aligning with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the SDGs.




The International Relations Office (IRO) pursues a comprehensive strategy to elevate Mansoura
National University's global standing through five interconnected objectives.



Preparing and implementing MOUs and international agreements + Monitoring the implementation of agreements and evaluating their outcomes periodically.
Establishing collaborative programs (summer/winter semesters, training courses, professional camps) and joint research with leading international universities.
Working towards establishing joint degree programs.
Attracting international professors and scholars + Attracting and monitoring international students and planning their various activities.
Participating in and advancing projects funded by international grant-making agencies (Erasmus+, DAAD, Newton-Mosharafa, Fulbright, and others) + Announcing international grants, holding informational seminars for faculty members, and supporting them in applying for these announced grants.
Enhancing the administrative and academic performance of university affiliates by establishing a dedicated module for each activity + Participating in university outreach programs through participation in international forums and exhibitions.

To support the institutional internationalization of Mansoura National University by building effective international partnerships, enhancing academic and research cooperation, and providing international opportunities that contribute to enriching the educational process, innovation, and cultural exchange.
