During the meeting, the University President reviewed the university’s plans for developing its infrastructure and enhancing student services. These plans include the implementation of a Sports Complex Project to support student and athletic activities, as well as the development of a dedicated Student Services Area featuring a Food Court and collaborative Work Spaces designed to provide a modern university environment that meets students’ academic and social needs.

The meeting also addressed ongoing efforts to enhance the university’s visual identity, including upgrades to campus entrances, perimeter fencing, internal walkways, and open spaces, reflecting the university’s status and future vision. Professor Mohamed Abdel Azim further outlined plans to develop student housing to a distinguished hospitality-standard level, in addition to improving transportation and healthcare services provided to students.

The University President emphasized the importance of fostering the integration of international students with their peers across different faculties and academic programs and encouraged their active participation in student, cultural, and sports activities to enrich their university experience.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Professor Mohamed Abdel Azim listened to students’ opinions, suggestions, and concerns, reaffirming the university administration’s commitment to holding regular meetings with international students and continuously enhancing the services provided to ensure an outstanding educational and student-life experience.
