• Students nominated for admission will receive an email instructing them to submit their original certificates and admission requirements to the student affairs office of their nominated college.
• Students who do not meet the minimum admission requirements will be notified of the rejection of their nomination as soon as possible.

• From a broad perspective of the internationally recognized core values ​​of student ethics, and taking into account the values ​​and principles of Egyptian society, the core values ​​of student ethics can be formulated as follows:

  • Full commitment to ethical principles, integrity, and honesty.

  • Treating others with due respect.

  • Being fair in listening to other ideas and opinions, and being able to understand the ideas presented to them.

  • Discipline, self-control, and acting with firmness.

  • Working as part of a team, striving to improve one's ability to collaborate with colleagues, and boosting the morale of others.

  • A sense of responsibility.

Students have a responsibility towards the university, and this responsibility is determined by their relationship with the faculty and their fellow students. On the other hand, they must recognize the diversity of student experiences and therefore adhere to the following rules:

• Respect for professors is essential. It is important for students to complete their assignments on time.
• Sharing, collaborating, and mutually assisting others is crucial. The exchange of information among students is vital for their advancement and accelerates learning, but plagiarism must be avoided.
• Bullying in all its forms and discrimination are ethical offenses that students must avoid.
• Students must interact respectfully with administrative staff.

• Wear clothing that conforms to societal norms.
• Preserve university buildings and property, including furniture and equipment.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on campus.
• Posting posters in any location, whether designated or undesignated, is prohibited without the approval of university officials and their review of the content.
• The use of computers in laboratories is subject to rules stipulating that it must be related to the curriculum.
• Organizing seminars, events, or engaging in activities not included in the university's student activities program is prohibited without prior authorization from university officials.

• Students must adhere to the values ​​and ethics of their university when representing it in any external activity.
• Students must conduct themselves ethically and avoid creating problems for the university with external community institutions.
• Social media activity must be appropriate, and creating pages on any social media platform that refer to the university is prohibited without prior authorization.

• Students have the right to receive education of the quality approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and other relevant institutions.
• Students have the right to research and access information from all available sources.
• Differing viewpoints are permitted, and students have the right to have discussions and dialogues based on listening to and accepting other opinions.
• All university staff must treat all students equally.
• Students have the right to the necessary material and human resources for teaching and learning.
• The university must organize programs for student activities, including sports, cultural, and artistic events.
• The university encourages students to participate in community service so they can play a constructive role in serving society.
• Students have the right to express their opinions on academic matters through a survey distributed to them.
• The university must organize a seminar each semester where students can raise common problems they face.
• Students have the right to have the university maintain its assets in good condition.
• The university must rapidly transform into a smart university with a fully digital environment, providing all its services to students through a digital information network.
• Students have the right to the confidentiality of their personal information, which may only be disclosed through legal channels or with their request or the consent of their guardian.
• Students have the right to complain about any unfair treatment. The university must establish a clear procedure for students to submit a complaint, outlining the process for reviewing the complaint, and guaranteeing their right to a response and an explanation of the review's outcome.

• All students enrolled at the university are subject to a disciplinary system with clear rules for holding students accountable for any inappropriate behavior.
• Discipline is proportionate to the offense and is conducted with complete transparency, with the outcome made public. Discipline occurs at several levels: it begins with an investigation into the incident. If the offense is substantiated, the investigation is referred to the Student Disciplinary Board.
• The student has the right to appeal the penalty imposed by the Disciplinary Board, and the appeal is reviewed by the Higher Disciplinary Board, whose decision is final and not subject to further appeal.
